KWM is a new publishing entity, wholly owned by the Kurt Weill Foundation for Music. Effective 1 January 2024, all rights in Weill’s compositions previously published or administered by European American Music Corp. (EAMC) are now held by Kurt Weill Music. European American Music Distributors Company (EAMDC) will continue its long-established representation of the Weill catalogue as licensing agent for dramatic performances, media and other uses in all territories in which Kurt Weill Music now holds the rights. It will also license rental of performing materials.
